EFFECT OF DICLOFENAC SODIUM’S RINGING DOWN CHILDREN’S SOARING TEMPERATURE Jin Hua Medical College, Jinhua College
of Profession and Technology of Zhejiang, Zhejiang Jinhua, China Objective: Choosing remedies that
can not only bring down soaring temperature but also maintain normal
temperature for quite a long time, and are painless, easy to use. Observe
the therapeutic effect of Diclofenac Sodium. Methods: Observing randomly
children’s temperatures that were≥39℃, which were caused by
acute respiratory infection or parotitis. Diclofenac Sodium suppositories were
given in these cases. To children 2～4 years of age, 1/3 of
the supposity was used to insert into anus about 1.5～2cm deep, 1/2 to children
5～7 years of age; 2/3 to children 8～12 years of age. Take
orally TYlenol Relief of fever 5ml to children 2～3 years of age; 7.5ml to
children five years of age; 12.5ml to children ten years of age; 15ml to
children 12 years of age. Intramuscular injections of Analgin were given
10mg/kg each time. Results: Among three groups of
medicines, the time needed for Diclofenac Sodium to reduce fever and
maintain normal temperature has statistically remarkable differences
(P<0.01). Conclusions: To children suffering from soaring
temperature, Diclofenac sodium has the characteristics of bringing down
fever promptly, maintaining time long, and easy to use, safe, no obvious
gastrointestional symptoms.
