Objective: To understand infection rate of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in recurrent abdominal pain children.

Method: To use tip of blood to rapidly detect Hp-IgG .

Result: Positive rate in 172 cases of RAP children was 33.1%(57/172), among which male children was 34%(32/94), female was 32% (25/78). Positive rate in –3y RAP children was 37.5%(9/24), 34.1%(28/82) in –7y, and 33.3%(20/66) in –14y RAP children.

Conclusion: 1. Indicated that there were quite a few Hp infected cases in RAP children, however, the infection rate had no significant relationship with sex and age. 2. Using the method of tip of blood to rapidly detect Hp-IgG applied for children. It was easy, rapid and convenient for clinic.
