Objective:
To observe the changes of blood osmolarity in bronchopneumonia to decide if
they have syndrome of inappropriate SIADH, then give rational fluid therapy
because of the changes.
Methods:
The serum electrolyle, blood sugar and urea nitrogen was detected from vein
blood. The blood osmdarity was calculated by the data, then the quantity
and tension force of transfusion were decided.
Results:
Of 200 children with pneumonia, 14 in 32 (43.8 percent) gravis pneumonia
attacked SIADH in dinical climax, blood osmolarity of 8 general pneumonia
indused. All of them were cured by quantities and inproving tension force
of fluid.
Conclusions:
SIADH used to attack in clinical climax with bronchopneumonia. The quantity
and tension force of fluid should be adjusted rationally.
