Objective: To detect the relation between premature intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) and some prenatal, nataland postnatal factors.

Methods: We observed 58 prematures, in which there are 23 ICH prematures and 35 prematures with no ICH. And we observed some prenatal, natal and postnatal factors of these prematures. Results: Premature ICH has something to do with gestational age, birth weight, Apgar score and premature seizure, mechanical ventilation, using dopamine. But have no relation with infection, maternal age, mother using MgSO4 and steroids, premature gender, patent ductus arteriousus and apnea.

Conclusion: The high risk factors of premature ICH are gestational age, birth weight, Apgar score and premature seizure, mechanical ventilation, usingdopamine.
