Chaotic characteristics and spectrum
characteristics of HPS in children with asthma were studied. Methods: The HPS of 47 cases of children with asthma were tested
by a computerized system for analyzing chaotic characteristics of HPS. Results: In the parameters of chaotic characteristics of
children with asthma, Hrd, Hle, Hfd and Hcc are 4.50±2.06, 3.17±1.26, 1.83±0.08 and 26.34±13.78 respectively. and in parameters of power spectrum, PVV, PVL, PVH PRV, PRL,
PRH, RVH, RLH and TFP are 320.61±372.28ms2, 221.00±243.86ms2,
224.38±327.51ms2,
42.84%±18.47%, 30.85%±14.07%, 26.58%±17.63%, 2.72±2.74, 1.79±1.58, and 827.44±933.22ms2
respectively. Conclusion: Most parameters at onset
in children with asthma are difference than normal children and at remission in children with asthma very observably (p<0.01). The power rate in very low
frequency band is higher observably, it shows that interaction component is
predominance comparatively. The parameters of chaotic characteristics are obvious
lower. It indicates that the complexity of heart state in children with asthma is reduced, and the control ability of autonomic nervous system for
heart is also depressed. |
