Objective: Epidempic research on children suffering from Mycoplasmal (MP) and chlanydia trachomatis’ (CT) Pneumonia.

Methods: Increase and examination of DNA in vitro, The method of MP. CT fluoresceut light ration PCR combined with probe were adopted.

Results: The positive infective rate of MP-DNA is 8.2%, CT-DNA is 6.7%, combined positive infective rate is 0.27%. There are obvious differences in Mp positive infective rate (χ228.72P<0.01)of children less than one year old and over three. There are remarkable differences in positive infective rate among children over three and less than one year old (χ2=5.80P<0.05).There are remarkable differences in positive infective rate in autumn and spring (χ27.089P<0.01compared to the rate in autumn and spring (χ2=28.1756P<0.01

Conclusions: There is an obvious forward tendency of the affected age of MP and CT compared to traditional affected age.The infective season of MP is mainly in autumn, and CT in summer and autumn.
