Objective: To study the
relationship between grades of cardiac function of heart failure in infant
and myocardial enzymes.
Methods: According to the standards
of degrees of cardiac function of heart failure in infant, 128 cases they
suffered from a heart failure were divided into three groups: 1) light heart
failure(the cardiac function is grade I), 2) middle heart failure(grade II), 3) serious heart
failure(grade III). 67 infants who were non-heart failure (grade 0) were
tested meanwhile.
Result: The study showed that
the grade of cardiac function of heart failure in infants are significantly
positive coefficient with myocardial enzymes (CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST and
HBDH)(P<0.01, P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05,
P<0.01). The CO2CP
is positive correlation with CK-MB HBDH (P<0.05, P<0.05)
while complicating retention of carbon oxygen meanwhile. The higher of myocardial
enzymes were significantly positive coefficient with the abnormal of ECG.
Conclusion: This study
confirms that the higher
of myocardial enzymes and the abnormal of ECG were important indexes in
diagnosis and treatment for heart failure in infant, It is also a important
index for judging clinical effect. It is suggested that we should pay
enough attention to protect the cardiac function while treating original
diseases.
