STATISTICAL ANALYSE OF LEARNING
THESIS OF HARBIN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN NEARLY 10 YEARS Qian Zhaoxia, Zhao Zhenwu, Wang Yanfu, Dong Lei Harbin Children's Hospital, Harbin, China Objective: In order to ascertain the objective and direction
of scientific research management from now on and provide the basis for constituting
the mutual policy, the paper found out the condition and characteristic of the
hospital learning level development in nearly 10 years by way of the Statistic
analyse of learning thesis of Harbin children's hospital in 1991 - 2000
years. Method: Using statistical graph, the paper made the detailed
statistics and study analysis from the four aspects of the year
distribution of thesis publishing, the author distributes at age, the title
of a technical post's distribution and the thesis level. Result: The writing persons in old age group (50~60)
descend year by year, in youth group (40 years below) show the rise trend, and
in middle youth group are writing fastigium; The numbers that the thesis were
published in the magazines/meetings of all levels and various kind in turn
are: abroad magazine<international academic conference<the magazine
of national level<the magazine of regional level< internal academic
conferences of all levels; Among thesis authors, 66 persons are chief
physician, 362 persons are associate chief physician, 576 persons are
doctor in charge, 169 persons are resident physician, each occupies 5.6%, 30.8%,
49.2% and 14.4% of the total. Conclusion: The learning activities of our hospital are flourish,
and the cultivating for young people was regarded, the foundation of person
with ability is firm. But the link that the persons possess senior title of
a technical post is clear weak, and the management force should be strengthened.
It is very difficulty to publish thesis at the magazine of national level,
but the point of exclusiveness of magazine region does not allow to be ignore.
In summary, the hospital should set down the practicable and effective cultivating scheme of person with ability as quickly
as possible.
