Objective: To discuss the causes and affections of the change in cardiac muscle zymogram of the childhood nephrotic syndrome patient.

Methods: 80 patients in crisis and 27 patients in restoration stage were collected venous blood on the condition of apyretic, quiet and fasting in the morning.

Results: The increase of myocardial enzyme activity in NS patient was related with puffy degree, the dose and the time of taking adrenocortical, and the data of blood-fat. The more edema was serious, the more change of CMZ was clear. As the time and dose of treatment with adrenocortical was increasing, so the rate of change in CMZ was adding, besides hyperlipemia could cause the change of cardiovascular for long time. 27 patients checked their CMZ in restoration stage. The indexs of 24 patients were recovery constant. Therefore, as the clinical improvement of NS and the abatement of hyperlipemia, the index of CMZ was improving.

Conclusion: The cause of the change in CMZ of the CNS patient could be comprehensive and transient heart injury.
