AN INVESTIGATION ON THE EFFECTS OF PREMATURE PNEUMONIAE BY MUCOSOLVAN INJECTION

Objective: To study the effects of premature pneumoniae by  Mucosolvan injection.

Methods: 49 cases of premature pneumoniae were treated by  Mucosolvan, 7.5mg per kg every time, one time every 6 hours, the intravenous time shouldnt be less than 5 minutes. The course of treatment is 3 days. The mild patient takes one course. The serious one takes two or three courses.

Result: The result reveals that the total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.8% and the contrast group is 66.1%, there are distinct difference between the two groups (P<0.001). The hospitalization days of the treatment group is 7.9±3.2, and the hospitalization days of the contrast group is 12.4±2.5, there are distinct difference between them  (t=8.00,P<0.001).

Conclusion: Thus reveals that it is pleased to treat the premature pneumoniae by Mucosolvan and has no distinct side effects. It is worthy of exploratory putting into clinical practice.
