Hospital, Harbin, China Objective: To grade and value
clinical significance of mitral value in children with 2-dimensinal echocardiography
(2—DE) and Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods: 72 cases with heart
murmur of mitral value prolapse (MVP) viewed shape, size and movement of
mitral value, and hemodynamic variation. Results: MVP were classed three
grades Grade 1 was light prolapse, it must not take treatment; grade 2 was
medium prolapse, it was considered operation; grade 3 was serious prolapse,
it must be performed value transplant operation .of 72 cases (MVP),5 were
found to have congenital heart disease, also must be considered operation and
interventional therapy. Conclusion: We can exactly judge MVP
