Objective: Revealing of a role of a herpes virus at children with an allergy.

Methods: 70 children in the age of from 2 till 15 years with allergic diseases (with a bronchial asthma - 25, with a derma-respiratory syndromes - 29, with atopic dermatitis - 16). Immunofluorescences method is investigated urine and of nasopharyngeal smears with the purpose of revealing antigens of viruses of simple herpes I. and II. types and respiratory viruses. To all children was performed the blood analysis by a immunnoenzymes method on antibodies to simple herpes I and II types and CD4 +, gamma-interferon, Ig&#1045.

Results: The antigen of a virus of simple herpes I. and II. type is revealed in 36 children (51 %). And 26 (37 %) was present a combination with mix respiratory virus infection, at 5 (7,1 %) children - with a RS-virus infection (everyone are more younger than 7 years), at 3 (4,3 %) - with an adenoviral infection, at 2 (2,9 %) - with a parainfluenza. The blood investigation analysis has revealed Ig М of an antibody to a virus of simple herpes in 17,5 % of cases. Ig G to a virus of simple herpes I type is revealed in 27,5 %, II - in 7,5 % of cases. The immunological blood analysis have shown, that detection a virus of simple herpes I and II types at children with allergic diseases was accompanied by augmentation of levels CD4 + and gamma-interferon in a blood. At all children the maximal values of a level IgЕ in serum of a blood were determined. The specified changes were most expressed at children with a bronchial asthma proceeding on a background with atopic dermatitis (with derma-respiratory syndromes).

Conclusions: Thus, it is possible to assume pathological influence of a herpes virus infection on flowing of an allergy at children.
