APHLYSAUTINFARCTASE WITH ACUTE HEMIPLEGIA IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS:A REPORT OF 45 CASES SUN B-L, WU

JAmusi, China Objective: In order to search of aphlysautinfarctase
seffect in treatment of 45 pediatric patients with acute hemiplegia. Methods: There are 45 children receive the treatment:
0.005-0.01U per dose aphlysautinfarctase/per kg body weight in 100-200 ml
of physiological saline by intravenous drip infusion,one time daily .A
course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. Results: In the subjects,18were saved,16 were
particarlarly evident,7 improved 4were of no effect.Inthe cntrol group ,6
were saved ,7 wereparticarlarly evident, 8 improved,5 were of no
effect.(t=2.09)The difference is significan (p<0.05) Conclusion:
In clinical trials,
aphlysautinfarctase was shown to be highly effective in treating the acute
hemipegia pediatric patients
