State Medical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan Objective:
Severe ecological conditions which are in Kazakhstan, were served of basis
for mean this region as ufavourable ecological zone – Aral Sea Region
(ASR). Violation of ecological balance and visible health aggravation of
population were started observe from 1970. Methods:
An analysis of the clinic course of the BA was being held in this work. In
all 58 patients of age from 1 to 14 y.o. were being under the observation.
It’s high percentage of early age children (41,4%). Results:
A sensibilization to allergens of home dust(56%), to pollens (16%), to food
allergens(14%), to medicine(8%), to animals’ hair and dandruff(6%) is triggers
of BA. A polyvalent sensibilization was being revealed at most of the children(51%).Infectious
antigens are triggers in 17,2% cases. Absolute prevalence of heavy and
middle heavy forms (it’s 51,72% and 48,27% accordingly). Analysis of the
immunologyc indexes was revealed direct dependence between flow difficulty
and IgE, T- and B-lymphocytes level. The indexes of IgE - 689,7+67,1
(by heavy course), 512+69,4 (by middle heavy course); Т-lymphocytes-suppressors
47,28+1,76 and 49,91+0,58; В-lymphocytes
21,62+0,54 and 24,35+0,5 accordingly were being marked in the
children. Conclusion:
Expressed lowering of T-suppressors in direct dependence from process’s
difficulty was being marked. Considerable oppression of cellular immunity
is mark in BA at the children living in ASR.
