ESTIMATION OF MYOCARDIUM STATE OF COMPRESSION ABILITY in CHILDREN LIVing IN
UNFAVOURABLE AREA of KAZAKHSTAN Mazhitova
Z, Davletgildeeva Z Kazakh State Medical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan Objective: In the Aral Sea region
complicated factor complex has been formed, affecting mankind one of which
is high concentration of heavy metals salts. Practically every toxic and
chemical substance do not avoid the heart getting it directly or by others
organs and systems. The purpose of
present research - the learning about children’s state compression
ability of myocardium in this region. Methods: 56 children of the age from
5 to 15 in the department of “Ecology and children” were examined by the
echocardiography method. Ultrasound research of heart was carried out by
the conventional methods on the “Aloka – SSD 2000”device (Japan). Basic
indexes of myocardium compression function – emission fraction, circular
shortening speed of myocardium fibers and emission fraction and the degree
of shortening left heart ventricle diameter in systole. Results: At the dates of
echocardiography researched analysis of 40 (71,4%) children, shifts of
index characterizing compression myocardium ability were elicited. The
declination of emission fraction was marked at 80% surveid, DS% - at 62,5%,Vcf -
at 22,5% of children. Declination of
two indexes (emission of fraction and DS% at 45%) simultaneous declination of all three
indexes (emission fraction, DS%, Vcf ) at 17,5% surveid. Conclusion: Thus, more sensitive index, characterizing
the declination compression myocardium function of children living in
ecologically unfavorable region is the emission fraction.
