Objective: Examination of children from region of the Aral Sea ecological catastrophe set of renal system pathology in 54,1%.

Methods: The prevalence of dysmetabolic violations in diseases structure (49,9%) in the form of oxalic nephropathy as display of membrane destructive process, permitted to use modern method of early diagnostic of pathological changes in the kidneys - an enzymatic activity definition of urine. The enzymes level of different subcell-like localisation (alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamiltransferase, sodium lactatum dehydrogenase(SLD), aspartataminotransferase, alaninaminotransferase) was studied.

Results: Detection of different changes in kidneys in 1,5 times more (81,4%) than when using a custom diagnostic methods. Syndromes of enzymatic insufficiency of canaliculies epithelium (53,6%) and damages of  brush edging of epithelium of nephron proximal canaliculies (17,3%), which are main regulator of homeostasis.

Conclusion: lowering of SLD in 2,5 times are the sign of deep exchange dystrophyc violations in cells of children's organism at constant toxic loading. Aforesaid changes in enzymatic activity of urine are result of chemical toxic substances influence on cells membranes of children’s kidneys→to violation of antioxidant protection and destruction of membranes phospholipids with accumulation of nitrous components in tissues→to oppression of synthetic and regenerating activity of cells, by main result which one are appearance an atypical kidneys diseases for children and early aging of organism, which were diagnosed in children living in the Aral Sea region.
