THE EFFICACY AND SIDE EFFECT OF SULBACTAM SODIUM AND CEFOPERAZONE SODIUM OF ACUTE BACILLARY DESENTERY WITH 44 CASES

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and side effect of Sulbactam Sodium and Cefoperazone Sodium for acute bacillary dysentery in children. 

Methods: All cases were randomly assigned A group (with injection Sulbactam Sodium and Ceforperazone sodium for 5 days) and B group (with injection cefortaxime sodium for 5 days). 

Results:  The treatment effectiveness was different (P<0.05),A group (81.8%) was more better than B group (31.6%),and the clinical signs recovered need more times in B group (P<0.01). In A group, the rate of side effect was 4.5%. It was macule which need no special treat. 

Conclusion: The effectiveness of Sulbactam Sodium and Cefoperazone Sodium was notable and safety in acute bacillary dysentery of child.
