Objective: In order to
discuss and analyze the relationship of the pathogeny of appendicitis and
infection of virus.
Methods: This paper
apply cell isolation method, Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE)
method and Polymerase-chain reaction (PCR) method to detect 110 cases of
acute Appendicitis patients.
Results: Isolating 24
cases virus of CPE+ with the cell tissue culture method then identify 24
cases CPE+ sample further with PCR method. The result is 2 cases Adenovirus
and 8 cases Coxsackie viruses B in then 14 cases CPE+ sample need
identifying further. Furthermore, In 86 cases, identify six cases
Cytomegalovirus with the PCR method ,(No sensitive cell for
Cytomegalovirus). No detecting Rotavirus with the PAGE method in
the 110 cases.
Conclusion: These
results indicate that infection of virus is one of the pathogeny of
appendicitis.
