AND AGENTS’ VARIATIONS FROM YEAR TO YEAR ON 2558 CASES OF PEDIATRIC
NUTRITIONAL DYSTROPHY

Object: To
understand time shifting variation of causes and agents on children
suffered from nutritional dystrophy (ND).
Method: 2558 cases
suffered from ND have been reviewed, analyzed and summarized.
Result: It has been
proved that following the time shifting; causes and agents, which cause ND,
have been varied. The cases of pure type of ND due to nutritional
deficiency have decreased from year to year, and the infectious agents,
which influence the situation of nutrition, changed and cause ND have
increased because of broad-spectrum antibiotics abuse, pollution of
surrounding circumstances. The antibiotic resistance bacteria have
increasing tendency and fungus infections have been on more a rare
situation.
Conclusion: The causes
and agents causing ND have been changed from year to year, and we have to
take correlative measures to prevent and treat ND cases happened now days.
