AND CORD BLOOD ’S CD3AK CELLS WERE SYNERGETIC IN INDUCING K562 CELLS’
APOPTOSIS

Objective: To explore
synergy of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) and cord
blood’s CD3AK cells in inducing K562 cell’s apoptosis.
Methods: Apoptosis was
detected by technique of TDT end labelling, cell morphology and DNA agarose
gel electrophoresis.The percentage of cell’s apoptosis was determined in
K562 cells, K562 cells induced by CD 3AK, K562 induced by TNF-α(5ng/ml),K562
cells induced by both TNF-α(5ng/ml) and CD 3AK.
Results: The
percentage of K562 cell’s apoptosis in the corresponding tuations mentioned
above were(2.97±0.70)%,(13.90±3.31)%,(3.08±1.07)%,(35.70±4.43)%,respectively.(F=174,p<0.01).
Conclusion: TNF-α and cord
blood’s CD3AK cells were synergetic in inducing K562 cells’ apoptosis.
