At the 10th and 42nd day, body weight, head circumference, length, Hb, milk in-taking was recorded and NBAS, hearing test was assessed to the babies of both experiment group and control group (n=30).

Results: Body weight, head circumference, body length record of experiment group(3483.0±531.8g , 35.1±1.4cm, 49.8±2.5cm) was significantly higher than that of control group(3226.6±632.0g ,34.4±1.6cm, 48.5±2.8cm) respectively at the 42nd day,(p<0.05),while at the 10th day, no significant difference was observed,(p>0.05).Between the two groups on the record of calory in-taking, Hb, and hearing test at 10th and 42nd day, no significant difference was shown(p>0.05).one of three NBAS show significance at 42nd day(p>0.05),while others no significance was observed.
