Objectives: To
discuss the effective of chuangongqin on the blood-fat and Apolipoprotin In
Children With Nephrotic Syndrom.
Methods: Thirteen
four children who were suffered from nephrotic syndrome were randomized
into two groups, control group (n=17)and study group (n=17) .All children
were received conventional treatment. At same time, study group were also
received large-dose chuangongqin intravenous injection. The fasting
intravenous blood was collected before and after treatment 2 weeks. Blood-fat
and apolipoprotin were tested using OLYmpus AU640 total blood
biochemical.automatic instruments.
Results: After
treatment the serum total cholesterol (STC), Triglceride (TC0), low density
lipoprotin cholesterol (LDL-C), very LDL-C (VLDL-C), apolipoprotinB (apoB)
were significant decreased, high density lipoprotin cholesterol (HDL-C),
apoA1 were significant increased (p<0.01). To comparative
with control group, TC, LDL-C, VLDL-C, apoB were very significant decreased
(p<0.01) and HDL-C, apoA1 were very significant increased
(p<0.05) in study group. There were significantly differences in two
groups. No side effective occurrences in study group.
CONCLUSIONS
Using large-dose chuangongqin treatment fat metabolic disturbance
which due to hormone therapy in children with nephrotic syndrome is an
effectve methond which have safe and economy.
