THE TREATMENT OF THE DIAPER
DERMATITIS SHOULD BE DIALECTIC

Objective:
For treatment of infant’s diaper dermatitis,
many measures are taken in the clinic work, and the effects are different.
We summarize and analyze those measures tried to finding the suitable way
for each baby, to provide the child’s pertinent nursing care.
Methods:
The causes of the infant’s diaper dermatitis
are physical rub and chemical irritant and different sort of pathogenic
germs infection, and some infants allergic to the detergent or the material
of disposable diaper. We treated infant’s diaper dermatitis based on the
comprehensive analysis of the baby’s total condition, skin character,
primary disease, local skin symptom, find out the causes, then treat the
baby by pertinent nursing measures,
Results:
We observed 83 cases, except 3 special cases
were prolonged, the others were recovered or straighten up or scab within
3-5 days.
Conclusion:
The morbidity of the problem is difference
between people with different social, economical and culture background.
Analyze the baby problem not only on the local system, but also combine
with regular treatment pattern and the child’s total condition
dialectically.
