THE STUDY OF THE METHOD AND PRACTICE OF EYE DISEASE SCREEN IN
KINDERGARDEN CHILDREN

Objective: To investigate the method of quick screen children eye disease,
we used specially pediatric autorefractor for medical examination of eye in
kindergartens.
Material
and Method: By using specially peadiatrics
autorefractor (used as eye disease screener), authors examined more than
3000 children patients, and found 400 cases refraction, 10 cases entropion,
12 cases congential cataract, 6 cases cloudy of vitreous body.
Result: Authors report some special characteristic image of main
diseases in children.
Conclusion: The author believed that using the special instrument, one
could find most of children eye diseases include strabismus, congenital
cataract, cloudy of vitreous body, etc. And combination of eye screening
and vision screen is the best way to find more eye disease in kindergarten
children.
