We should positively study new pattern of nursing，which is suitable for our country and society. We should also exactly define the role of paramedics and orientation of its development. My opinion is that paramedics，which is based on the paramedics theory on re-development，will move in an open，multi-orientational and systematical way. In another words，we should dvdlop the multi-orientational pattern of paramedics，reform managing pattern of paramedics，extend the range of nursing studying，improve consciousness of our nursing teaching，renew the opinion of paramedic training and we should also build law and rules for nursing.All this should go as a height of strategy. 0676
