Results:  Febrile reaction had been observed in 4 patients. No anasfuion-related infectious diseases had been identified. The side effects of transfusion of umbilical blood in pediatric hematological patients are ewer than transfusion of whole blood. Using of dexamethasone had no influence on incidence of febrile reaction.
