文本框: PSYCHIATRIC MANAGEMENT OF REFRACTORY NEPHROTIC SYNDROME OF CHILDREN DURING THEIR HOSPITALIZATION

Objective and Meterials: To analyze emotion characteristics of 38 cases of children who had refractory nephrotic syndrome (RNS) disease and their parents during hospitalization. 
Results: The children who had RNS and their parents commonly had melancholy and sad feelings. When the time was longer that patients were in hospital, the cases of the feeling of anxious and impatient were more. There were also pessimistic and disappointed feeling in the cases in which the effect was not obvious and some of the effect was even good. Terrify wasn’t obvious, but it could be extended on special conditions. The side effect of drug could deepen the bad influence. 
Conclusion: It is mentioned that we must pay more attention to psychology nursing in holistic nursing care, to reduce the feeling of melancholy and sad feeling, and to clear up disappointed and prevent the feeling of terrify and tired to take place. And we should also pay attention to the influence of side effect of drug. To cooperate to cure physical disease, we can obtain achievement what we want.
