文本框: STUDY ON DIAGNOSIS SIGNIFICENCE OF RICKETS WITH BALP KIT Ma XC, Tian ZL, Ren LH, Wang W The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, China Objective: To diagnose and treat rickets in earlier stage is important in theory and practice. It is meaningful study that rickets will be screened easily and will be diagnosed earlier. And it has great social and economic benefit. Methods: We apply Bone Alkaline Phosphatase (BALP) Kit which is produced by Academy of Medical Sciences of China to test 215 children of Heilongjiang province,aged 0-3, and compare to serum Ca, P, ALP, 25 (OH)D3 concentration. Meanwhile we analyzed the result with national diagnosis standard of rickets. Result: Sensitivity, specificity, wrong diagnosis rate, miss diagnosis rate, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value is 88.8%, 83.3%, 16.7%, 11.2%, 86.9%, 91.4%, 78.9% respectively. BALP Kit is better than Ca, P, ALP, 25 (OH) D3 test in the diagnosis of rickets. Conclusion: Osteoblast of rickets multipl actively and release much BALP, which is significant relation to the state of the illness. We find that BALP Kit is valuable to diagnose and treat rickets recently. It should be spread for applying. 0713
