文本框: STUDYING THE CHANGES OF HUMORAL IMMUNS IN PATIENT WITH ASTHMA Zhe Zengke, Qu Shuqiang, Tian Zhiliang The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, China Objective: In order to explore the patho genes in the patients with bronchial asthma Method: Adopt disseminating immune Contrasted turbid techniques (nephelometry), Carrying examined and Clinical assessment about serum multiple proteins to 50 Asthma patients in different stages, and in the same time Contrast with 50 health children. Result: asthma group, IgE p<0.01, TRF p<0.05, Higher than Contrast group Obviously. IgM p<0.05,lgA p<0.01 α1-ATT p<0.01, less than Contrast group obviously . IgM p>0.05 no obviously changing. Conclusion: Serum IgE is an important parameter in asthma patients, the same as IgG in the role of development mechanism. IgA deficiency might be prevention of infection and allergy. Thin is only one mechanism by α1-ATT deficiency may potentiate allergic and Broncho responses. Increase the possibility to develop asthma and relevant the therapy should be explored following it.
