Method: According to standard of national Conference about heart failure in Children, We selected 30 children of pneumonia with heart failure, use fluorescent spectrometer detect Value of adrenaline and Nonadrenaline in serum. In the same tine, contrast with 30 health children. Result: Group of pneumonia with heart failure level of Nonadrenaline 1.63 ng/ml (normal level 0.109-0.400 ng/ml) (P<0.01) Level of Adrenaline 0.61 ng/ml (mormal level 0-0.18 ng/ml) (P<0.01). Conclusion: The level of serum adrenaline and Nonadrenaline in children of pneumonia With heart failure is higher than Contrast group obviously, This theoretically analysis Catecholamine Changing mechanism of serious pneumonia in children and might provide new therapy and related drug.
