文本框: RESEARCH OF RBC IMMUNITY FUNCTION AND CONTENT OF SERUM LPO OF INFANTILE ASTHMA

Objective: To study RBC immunity function and changing of serum LPO and its significance. 
Method: Adopt Guo Feng techniques, examine RBC immunity function and serum LPO Content for 60 infantile asthma patients in different stage, in the same time, Contrast with 60 health children. 
Result: RBC C3b receptor floral hoop rate (10.06%±5.57%) and RBC immune adherent promoting factor active (RCIAEF) (33.20%±4.55%) decrease, RBC immune Compound (RBCIC) floral hoop rate (18.67%±6.65%) and RBC immune adherent restrained factor (RCIAIF) active (28.28%±4.86%) increase, the same as Serum LP0 content (3.91±0.23 nmol/ml).
Conclusion: Damage of RBC immune function and LP0 might take part in develop mechanism of infantile asthma.
