文本框: TREATING TOURETTE’S SYNDROME WITH LITTLE DOSAGE TIAPRIDE ASSISTED BY PSYCHOLOGICAL SUGGESTIVE THERAPY Hu MY, Wang W, Ren ZM Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Harbin, China Objective: Tourette’s Syndrome (TS) is an unclear etiological behavioral disorder, and has not specific medicine to treat. So we discuss the therapy of TS in this article. Methods: We divide 46 TS children into observation group (16)，little dosage group (15) and routine therapy group (15) randomly. The observation group is administered little dosage tiapride assisted psychological suggestive therapy. Little dosage group and routine therapy group are controlled. Result: The effect of observation group is significantly better than simple little dosage group (P<0.05)，and similar to routine therapy group (P>0.05). Meanwhile the side-effect of tiapride in observation group is lower than routine therapy group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of TS with psychological suggestive therapy assisted little dosage tiapride is effective, safe and worthy of spreading. 0729
