文本框: THE THERMOTHERAPY OF PREMATURE COLD INJURY SYNDROME IN THERMOSTAT Chen F1, Fu S-J2 Hai Kou City Maternal and Child Hygiene Hospital1, China Hai Nan Provincial People's Hospital2, China Objective: Clinical study on thermo-therapy methods of premature Cold injury syndrome in thermostat. The prognosis was influenced directly by thermo-therapy. Methods: It is treated to premature scleredema, which was complicated by hypothermia for new methods of thermo-therapy. (1) When the temperature of anus was 32 degrees centigrade or greater, The regularization of thermostat was began from 32 degrees centigrade. (2) When the temperature of anus was less than 32 degrees centigrade. The regularization of thermostat was began from 2 degrees centigrade higher than temperature of anus and kept 2 degrees centigrade higher than temperature. Results: Fifteen patients were cured, the temperature was resumed after four to eight hour. Conclusion: (1) The method was thought that the time of thermostat regulating was decreased and temperature was recovered faster. (2) The method was thought safely reliably and conveniently.
