文本框: ANALYSIS OF STILLBIRTH FOETUS PATHOGENY FOR 543 PATIENTS DURING 13 YEARS Jiang Q-X 1 , Zhang Q-Y1, Sun G-F 1 1Maternity and Child-Care Hospital, Jiamusi, China Objective: Through investigation, reduce the stillbirth rate in order to reduce the death rate of the newborn and achieve the goal of eugenics. Methods: Make systematic investigations into all the childbirth newborn in our hospital during13years, analyze. The causes of disease of stillbirth foetus and point out the intervention measure. Result: In 13 years there are 40278 newborn babies, the stillbirth rate is 13.48‰, which is 6.40% of the dead newborn babies at the same period. the lower weight newborn is 54.70% of the total amount of stillbirth, the dead rate is 89.57‰, the lighter the weight is, the higher the dead rate is, the shorter the period of pregnancy is, the higher the dead rate is, the amount of the baby of premature delivery is 38.86% of the total amount of stillbirth, there is obvious difference, X2 =2532.42, P≤0.005. Conclusion: The order of the dead cause of stillbirth: deformity, oxygen lacking in womb,gestation and hypertension syndrome, umbilical cord factor, multiborn, placenta factor. The order of cause of disease: congenital deformity , mother complication, placenta factor, umbilical cord factor .It is the key of reducing newborn rate to adopt vigorous intervention measure according to the above-mentioned cause of dead and disease. 0751
