文本框: ANALYSIS OF ACUTE DRUG POISONING IN CHILDREN WITH SEVENTY-ONE CASES Lu Y-F, Chen L-Q, Zhang Y-C, Lu Q Shanghai Children’s Hospital, Shanghai, China Objective: To determine the further knowledge of acute drug poisoning in children. Methods: We analyzed the ages、causes and kinds in seventy-one children with acute drug poisoning., demonstrated the acute raticides poisoning in clinical manifestations、treatments、pathogenesis . Results: After emergency treatments, among seventy-one children, sixty-eight have been recovery, two have been with neurologic disorders and only one gave up. Conclusion: The causes of poisoning in children are complex and multiplex, and the chief complain are not clearly. So if we encounter a child with sudden systemic symptoms, especially with unknown somnolent、coma and convulsion which cannot be explained with any diseases, we should consider the acute drug poisoning, in case delay the treatment. 0754
