文本框: STUDY OF ENHANCING EFFECTIVENESS OF NIMODIPINE COMBINATION CHEMOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN WITH ACUTE NON-LYMPHATIC LEUKEMIA SUN LR, PANG XY, LI XR Department of Pediatrics, the Affiliated Hospital, Medical College, Qingdao University, Qingdao, China Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of nimodipine combination DA (Daunomycin, Ara-c) scheme in children with acute non-lymphatic leukemia . Methods: 16 cases were studied .All of them had received 2 courses chemotherapy with DA. Blast cells of bone marrow were more than 20%, then they had received nimodipine combination DA at same dosage for a course. Results: 9 cases had complete remission, the rest of them had partial remission. Total effective rate was 100 %. Conclusion: Nimodipine combination DA scheme can enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy for children with acute non-lymphatic leukemia. 0767
