Other 43 cases were as control. All 86 cases were treated with nehydration. Antibiotics were not used. The dose of ribovisin was 10-15 mg/kg.d and it was put in to 5. Results: The decrease of the temperature, stopping vomiting and diarrhoea were significantly faster in the patients treated with ribovisin than the control group.
