文本框: COMPARISON OF CORONARY ARTERY DISEASES (CAD) IN KAWASAKI DISEASE (KD) WITH HORMORCE AND SERUM R-GLOBULIN CLINIC Xu Jiahui Leshan People’s Hospital, Leshan, Sichuan, China Objective: To find out tlu dibberences of treating (CAD) with hormone and serum r-globutin and to appraise its diaghostic effect. Methods: 35 cases diagnosed as KD were into three groups. 1) 10 cases were giutn Intraven ous drip methy-predniso tone (TVMP), 30 mg /kg, d,cases of it still had a fever and were given it again. 2) 17 cases were given Intraven ous drip serum r-plobulin, 18 mg /kg,d. 3) 8 cases were given TVIG400mg /kg,d. It lastod five days Each group was uced Aspirin 30-50 mg/kg.d, persantin 5 mg/kgd and Tvdrip Fu Fang Dansh Zhu She Ye. One or two weeks, the patients were given (UCG) examinatvocs. Results: The Patients had comparisonability. Having X2 test about their sex. The result was p>0.05. There was no differences. It was P70.05 of sguare deviation analysis about the age, the course of the disease, the time of faking medicine and having (UCG) examv-nations. When each group reached normal temperature, the average time was 10.5dugs, 10.4 days and 11.4 days. By sfuare diviation analysis,it was p>0.05 In wronary artevy A disease, in Groupone 4 cases of group one had a light degree of dilation, two, middle, and four nere normal 60% of the them nere abnormal. In Group 2, six cases had a light degree of dilation. 2, middle, 9 were normal, 47% of them were a bnormal. In Graup 3,4 cases were light, 4 cases, normal. 50% of them were abnormal. The result was P>0.05. Conclusion: Curing KD with TVMP will reduce the happening of CAD diseases. The charges for medicine were one-twelfth of TVIG. This method will be the first choice. It is suitable for TVIG to use 1g/kg.d. It is more economical than 5-day clinic, but it has the same therapeutic effect. 0779
