Results: Injured atrial septal of 4 cases were all in poison of fossa ovalis level, which had turned thinner than normal one, and showed linear echo live bag expanding and its base diameter was 1.8-2.9mm. ASA in 3 patients expanded into right atrium and that in 1 patient showed S type which vibrated between two atria. Blood flow of injured area in 3 cases was faint color and totation. All cases complained atria premature beat.
Conclusion: Ultrasonic was no-invasive and can repeat to use. Its sensitivity and specificity is high as gold standard for ASA.
