STUDY OF FRUCTOSE-1, 6-DIPHOSPHATE TREATMENT ON
DYSFUNCTION IN CHILDREN WITH VIRAL CARDITIS

Objective: To observe the effect of ructose -1, 6-Diphosphate (FDP) treatment
on dysfunction in children with viral carditis.
Methods: Fifty cases of viral carditis with dysfunction were randomly
devided into two groups, the group A (FDP administration group) was given
FDP intravenoasly for 14 days. And the group B (conerol group) was given
cenveneional treatment for 14 days.
Results: Elecerocardio gram reversion (Tachgcardia. Dradycardia. -ST
segmene. T wave. ck-MB elevation restore to normal) in study group was
piror to that of the control group (p<0.005).
Conclusion: The signs, symptoms and ck-MB elevation restore to normal in
FDP administration group was pirov to that of the control group.
