The Serum and Urine level of ET in child acute glomerulonephritis

Objective: To measure the serum and urine level of ET in AGN patient and to discuss the role of ET in ANG.

Methods: Using radioimmune technique to measure the urine and serum level of ET in 66 cases.

Results: Urine and serum ET level in AGN group are higher than the contrast group; levels in the acute phase are higher than the recover phase serum ET levels in the patients that the Total urine protein in lahoals is more than 1.5g anl higher than the patients that the total urine protein in honrs is less than 1.5g. Serum ET levels in severe edemn patients are higher than mild edema patients and mild edma ohes are higher than the patients that hme no edma, Serum ET levels in the patients complication have hypertension ARF and cogestive higher that the comunon patiente. The serum ET level is positive correlation with the serum creatinine. Conclusion: The ET plan critical role in the pathological process of AGN.
