Objective: We did not cure hip displasia before, but We
put forward a new concept to discuss.
Methods: 1. Use close pemberton procedure to revise the
acetubular index, and dispose of a cetabular cover in adequate. 2. Use Hip
periphery release to reduce presure of hip cavity and counteract press of
pemberton. 3. We do not open the joint and add the press of joint cavity. So
we can prevent joint rigidity and femoral head necrosis.
Results: 1. The acetabular index can be rectified. 2. Joint
movement is normal. 3. The light lame vanished in 28 cases of the group (30
cases). The other two remain light lame. 4. Intermission pain in the
preoperative group vanished
completely.
Conclusion: Hip-periphery Release Close pemberton procedure
is a relatively simple and reliable safety operation for hip displasia.
