文本框: INVESTIGATION OF ELEVEN-BLOOD-PARAMETER’S VALUES OF FINGER FROM 1800 CHILDREN IN BEIJING Wang L-P, Wang T-Y, Chen X-F, Chen J, Yao J-P, Mu J-H Capital Institute of Pediatrics, Beijing, China Objective: To investigate the values of eleven blood parameters of finger in children and establish the reference ranges as well. Methods Blood samples of finger of left hand were collected and examined by Blood Cell Analyzer of F-820 with each participant, using SPSSWIN 9.0 soft ware for analyzing data. Results: Mean and Std. Deviation of eleven blood parameters were obtained. There were significant differences between both sexes in four or five parameters such as RBC, MCV, MCH and RDW. Meanwhile increasing or decreasing changes of the values occurred in three groups, i.e. 1~5yr, 6~10yr and 11~14yr. For example, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, PDW and MPV were up with age but WBC was down. Conclusion: Reference ranges of eleven blood parameters for three groups of children have put forward, especially hemoglobin being less than 115 g/L for 6 to 10 years old regardless of sex.. 0888
