THE STUDY OF THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE ROTAVIRUS OF THE INFANTS’
DIARRHEA IN CHANGCHUN REGION

Objective: To study the epidemic regularity of the blood serum type of
rotavirus.
Methods: The
comparative study using the methods of PAGE, ELISA and RT-PCD in testing
HRV.
Results: According to the differences of Vp4 alnumen in the virus shell
and antigenicity ,the rotaviruses are divided into the following types: P
(VP4Proteas, sensitive) and G (Vp7,Glycoprotein). In
the experiment, the selection of the non-bacteria diarrhea samples of 238
case of the acute diarrhea of the infants has been done in ChangChun region.
The result is that there is 110 positive samples (46.2%). The long
electrophoresis type ranks the first (91.8%). The G-classification has been
carried out though the MABELISA and RT-PCR of the special case, the result
shows that from 1998-1999,in the epidemic season of HRV, typeG1
remains the main epidemic disease, with the total amount of (91.8%). The
subsequent is G3 (4.5%),G4 (2.9%), G2 (0.9%).In addition, there are 4 cases of HRV
which could not be classified and there are 5 cases which are the mixed
infection .This paper discusses the epidemic regularity of the blood serum
type of HRVG.
Conclusion: Form 1998-1999, in the epidemic season of HRV typeG1 remains
the main epidemic disease in ChangChun region.
