文本框: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF NALOXONE ON ASPHYXIA OF NEWBORN Cao Y-L, Wang L-X, An L Central Hospital of Jinan, Shandong, China Objective: To explore the effectiveness of naloxone on asphyxia of newborn. Methods: Thirty-six asphyxia of newborns were randomly divided into naloxone group and control group, both naloxone group and control group were got normal resuscitatory treatment, in addition, naloxone group was treated with naloxone. The autorespiration, heart rate, the color of skin and apgar’s score were examined. Results: The recovery of autorespiration, heart rate, skin color, apgar’s score was much better than control group (p<0.01). Conclusion: These results revealed that naloxone is effective for asphyxia of newborn. 0948
