Results: 20 patients of them hematorrhea arrested within 24h and hemostatic effectiveness was 66.7%, the other of them hematorrhea arrested within 48h and hemostasic effectiveness was 100%.

Conclusion: The mean hemostasic time and abdominal pain remission rate of lescol were higher than H2 receptor antagonist. The re-hemostatic effectiveness and volume of transfusion were decreased. We have treated and cared them, relived the abdominal pain and vomit, remitted stress of patients. So we should spread this treatment.
