文本框: A CLINIAL STUDY ON CO-DIAZEPAN ENEMA TO PREVENT RECURRENCE OF FEBRILE CONVULSION IN CHILDREN

Objective: To explore the effects of Co-diazepan enema which prevent  recurrence of febrile convulsion.  
Methods: The Ninty-one children with FC were randomly divided into  Co-diazepan therapentic group(group A) and control group only was  treated with diazepan group (group B) and only was treated with inprofen  group (group C) [group A contain diazepan 0.2mg/kg.  inprofen  5mg/kg. group B contain diazepan 0.2mg/kg. group C contain inprofen  5mg/kg] Enema was administred when the patients temperature  was  above  37.5℃, after 8 hours the same dosage was administred until the patients temperature under 37.50C. The three groups were treated simultaneous disease and symptomatic therapy.  
Results: Recurrent rates of FC in group A were group (p<0.05). 
Conclusion: Administering Co-diazepan was more effective to prevent  recurrence of FC than group B or C group.
