文本框: USING BY FIBRO-GASTROSCOPY EXAMINATION IN CHILDREN WITH UPPER DIGESTIVE TRACT DISEASE

Objective: To explore the using of fibro-gastroscopy examination in children with upper digestive tract disease.
Methods: 1230 cases were undertaken by fibro-gastroscopy examination, 1170 cases were tested by rapid-urease-test of mucous membrane for helicobacter pylori (HP) identification, and 892 cases were examined by histology of mucous membrane.
Results: Incidence of 1230 cases was 92% and the occurrence of superficial gastritis, duodenitis, and peptic ulcer were more common.. The positive rates of HP infection in 1170/892 cases were 27.66/28.35%, it was inceased with ascending of age in the affected children.
Conclusions: Children’s fibro-gastroscopy examination is very important.
