Objective: This paper has mainly discussed the clinical significance and the apolipoprotein H gene expression in children renal tubule lesion.
Methods: The authors studied the apolipoprotein H gene expression from white blood cells in 32 cases children renal tubule lesion by polymerase chain reaction.
Results: It is showed that base of apolipoprotein H is 343bp and that was darity distinguished. Meanwhile, it was founded that the urine NAG enzyme in children renal tubule lesion was significantly higher than one in the nephrosis group and the control. It was discovered that the apolipoprotein H gene expression from white blood cells in children renal tubule lesion was positive, and that in the nephrosis group and the control was nagative. Thereby, it was explained that apolipoprotein H gene expression may early reflect renal tubule lesion.
Conclusion: This method has higher sensitivity and better specificity. It is showed that the method has established the foundation for studying renal tubule lesion. Therefore, the findings revealed that Apolipoprotein H can early reflect renal tubule lesion, and it is important clinical significance for earlier treatment and judging prognosis in renal tubule lesion.
