Objective: To probe the cure and effective rate
of Jie-Tong-Yin (JTY) liquid treating young girls vaginitis in clinic.
Methods: Between May 1997 and May 2000, according
to random and comparing principle, we selected 360 patients who were
suffering vaginitis from 6 months to 9 years. All patients were divided
into two groups. Patients in
first group were washed by JTY liquid and patients in second group, which
is control group were treated by Ri-Shu-An (RSA).
Both group used JTY and RSA respectively twice a day for
3 weeks.
Results: After 3 weeks treating, we found
effective rates of JTY liquid and RSA are 98 and 93 percent respectively.
The difference has obvious signification (P<0.05) Cure rate of JTY and
RSA are 93% and 83.3% respective. So JTY liquid treating results is better
then that of RSA.
Conclusions: JTY liquid is suitable to treat
young girl vaginitis because it is effective and safety Chinese medicine
for vaginitis.
